The commercial insurance sector has undergone changes with the rise of online platforms, but there has been limited research into the effectiveness of these platforms for SMEs.

Wenalyze’s study is the first of its kind to offer an analysis of the online commercial insurance sector in the UK, and its results are aimed at helping SMEs make informed decisions when buying insurance online. 

A team of consultants assessed every platform, considering 16 parameters including the number of questions asked, time spent, and ease of access to useful information.

The data introduced in every quote was related to different types of businesses such as a café, a consulting agency, or a hairdressing salon.
